Salsa / Pico de Gallo

This is how I make my pico de gallo, which I use in tacos or as an appetizer with nacho chips.

The ingredients:
4-5 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 onion, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (or chopped jalapenos if you have them)
Cilantro or parsely (if you have it!)

The recipe:
Mix all ingredients. Taste. Approve.
