Isolation Opportunity for Creating a Richer Family Culture Idea #20: Make an exercise plan

I found Blogilates a month or two after Adelaide was born through a printout on Pinterest. I have been doing Blogilates "Pop Pilates" YouTube videos off and on, irregularly, ever since then. 

I like them because they're free, they require no equipment (I like doing them right when I wake up... in bed in PJs!), they are short and they work. (I get sore from a five-minute video...)

I am a goal-oriented person so I have been really motivated lately to finish her 30 day abs and glute challenges. See my checklist above. When I finish, I'm going to focus on flexibility and posture.
